The aim of the study. To determine the diagnostic and prognostic value of cardiotocography, Doppler, fetal biophysical profile, to study the features of uteroplacental and fetal-placental blood flow in premature pregnancy in order to improve the diagnosis of the fetus, reduce perinatal losses. Objectives of the study. Determination of the leading current and echographic signs of the threat of miscarriage; study of blood flow in the uterine and spiral arteries in idiopathic miscarriage; establishing the diagnostic and prognostic value of determining the main parameters of CTG and biophysical activity of the fetus in idiopathic miscarriage. Given the diversity of the etiology of PP and the high incidence of idiopathic premature termination of pregnancy, when its cause remains unclear, timely prediction of possible pathological course of pregnancy continues to be of considerable theoretical and practical interest to scientists and practitioners worldwide. Current health status of women of reproductive age, obstetric and perinatal complications during gestation, including the threat of PP, necessitate the need to address the feasibility of hospitalization, the scope of diagnostic and therapeutic measures. This should take into account the fact that in recent years the number of women at risk of PE is increasing. Reducing the incidence of PP is possible with timely diagnosis and adequate treatment of the threat of abortion, as well as timely detection and correction of isthmic-cervical insufficiency. Therefore, the search for modern methods of diagnosing the true threat of abortion does not stop. At the same time, there are data that only 20% of women with a suspected risk of PP actually g Product Description popup.authors Isaeva Kateryna Yuriyivna Anisimova Iryna Mykhailivna Besedin Oleksandr Viktorovych Doroshenko-Kravchyk Marta Volodumyrivna Elyashevska Iryna Ivanivna Zemela Natalia Ihorivna Zemela Olena Mykhailivna Korytko Oleksandr Olexandrovych Kunynets Halyna Yaroslavivna Matvienko Oleg Oleksandrovych Payenok Oleksandr Stanislavovych Petryshyn Zoryana Yaroslavivna Pylypchuk Iryna Stepanivna Popovych Alla Illivna Popovuch Olena Ihorivna Rachkevych Olena Stanislavivna Svyatotska Olena Vasylivna Sehediy Lidiia Ihorivna Semenyna Galyna Bohdanivna Serhiychuk Solomiya Mykhailivna Slavitych Svitlana Romanivna Starykovych Anna Volodumyrivna Fartushok Tetyana Volodumyrivna Flud Vadym Valentynovych Shatylovuch Kateryna Leonidivna Shahova Olena Viktorivna Yashchenko Larysa Mykhailivna popup.nrat_date 2022-03-09 Close
