The composition of composites, based on polypropylene, for the production of general-purpose products as an alternative to primary polypropylene is proposed. Practical recommendations for methods of manufacturing polymer composite granules have been developed and the improvement of resistance to solar radiation has been proved, which allows to expand the range of uses of the obtained materials. Technological parameters for the synthesis of oxoceramic coatings characterized by high wear resistance have been developed. The efficiency of application of aluminum SAP with wear-resistant coatings, which are applied by plasma electrolyte oxidation in an alkaline electrolyte based on Ca (OH) 2, has been proved.
