The aim of the research project was to study the process of synthesis and establishment of medical and biological characteristics of nanostructured and porous materials with nanoparticles for the treatment of anemia, hematopoietic and oncological diseases, as well as nanostructured materials for sorbents, catalysts and implants together with well-known medical institutions. According to the results of the research, the use of nanomaterials as antimicrobial components of composite systems obtained by EB-PVD of metallic silver, copper or iron in vacuum in a condensed porous matrix of sodium chloride is substantiated. Microbiological methods for studying the antimicrobial activity of modifications of Ag, Cu, Fe nanoparticles and composites based on them have been determined. The dynamics of the microbial count and wound area in laboratory animals under the action of composite nanoparticles of silver showed that the experimental nanofluid has an antiseptic and regenerative effect in comparison with the initial values of these indicators. It is recommended to use the results of work in research and medical institutions of the Academies of Sciences of Ukraine and enterprises of the Ministry of Health. Significance: Antimicrobial activity of silver nanoparticles and their synergistic effect on antibiotics may reduce drug resistance. Conclusion: aqueous colloids of nanoparticles of silver or copper with surfactants (or without them) have a pronounced antimicrobial, bactericidal effect on the studied test strains Product Description popup.authors Didikin Gennady H.
