It was found that all studied products of destruction and hexachlorocyclohexane - HCCH (20 mg /L) did not adversely affect the growth and differentiation of callus cells, and did not cause morphophysiological disorders, indicating the absence of toxic effects on cells of cultured T. aestivum tissues in vitro. Similar results were obtained for S. lycopersicum. In particular, there was no negative impact on the morphogenetic processes of S. lycopersicum tissues, the efficiency of plant regeneration on media containing destructors was higher than the control by 7-14%. The obtained tomato plant lines on media containing HCCH degradation products did not differ morphologically from the control samples, but in most of them inhibition of the rhizogenesis process was observed. When growing plants in the presence of 20 mg /L HCCH, inhibition of L. esculentum shoot formation was observed, and the formed shoots had thickened stems and leaves. Subsequently, they experienced tissue necrosis. Therefore, the studied products of the destruction of HCH slow down the rooting process, and the pesticide HCCH provokes morphophysiological changes in the obtained in vitro plants of S. lycopersicum.
