Purpose - Development of a draft enterprise standard. Requirements for labor protection during maintenance and repair of freight cars, refrigerated rolling stock were determined by NPAOP 63.21-1.24-03 "Rules of labor protection during maintenance and repair of freight cars, refrigerated rolling stock". However, in accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 18.12.2017 №1022-r, the above Rules have expired. The result will be a draft enterprise standard that sets safety requirements for the organization and implementation of maintenance and repair of freight cars, refrigerated rolling stock in the company's divisions. The adopted standard of the enterprise will be applied in production (structural) divisions of regional branches, branches of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia. The need to develop a standard is due to the need to determine the basic safety requirements aimed at preventing accidents at work in the units of the railway industry, performing work on maintenance and repair of freight cars and refrigerated rolling stock. This standard is part of the system of occupational safety standards.
