The physical properties of nanostructured sensor coatings were manufactured and studied, the method of analytical research was developed, experimental studies were performed with the Plasmontest device, the calibration method was developed and calibrated at Ukrmetrteststandart. As a result, a certificate of use, calibration certificate, type examination certificate, 2 patents and a copyright certificate for a computer program were obtained, technology was registered, 3 articles and section in a foreign collective monograph were published, 12 reports were made at 8 conferences.
