The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for safe operation of coal seam d4, dangerous for sudden emissions of coal and gas, 4 southern lava of unit 7 of PJSC «Management of the mine "POKROVSKE" when supplying fresh air to the treatment face one by one without illumination of the exhaust air jet. Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods mat. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining-geological and mining characteristics of the excavation section 4 of the southern lava of the block 7 of PJSC «Management of the mine "POKROVSKE" were analyzed. Recommendations for ensuring safe mining of coal seam d4, dangerous for sudden emissions of coal and gas, 4 southern lava of block 7 of PJSC «Management of the mine "POKROVSKE" were developed. Coordination of the 4 southern lava of Unit 7 with the supply of fresh air to the clean-up face of one workout without illumination of the output air stream has been agreed upon, provided that the developed recommendations for gas safety are met.
