The existing experience, determination of economic and social prerequisites for the development of post-conflict territories by tourism industry tools on the example of eastern Ukraine are systematized and analyzed. The directions of increasing the profitability of the tourism industry in the post-conflict territories of eastern Ukraine are determined, taking into account the current features of their socio-economic development. It is proposed to create tourist clusters in the Luhansk region.. The structural and logical scheme of the tourist cluster is presented. A map of the prospects for creating tourist clusters in the Luhansk region has been developed and it is proposed to create four promising tourist clusters: "Belovodshchyna", "Kremenshchina", "Novopskovshchyna" and "Starobilsk region". Identification of Ukrainian gastroproducts and ways of their development in the eastern regions of Ukraine was carried out, which will contribute to the creation of tourist attractiveness of these territories for domestic and foreign tourists. The features of implementing the concept of a "slow" city in modern socio-economic conditions of life of depressed territories in order to restore harmonious development and form their tourist attractiveness are considered. The expediency of implementing the “Cittaslow” concept for improving the socio-economic situation and tourism development in the eastern regions of Ukraine is justified.
