It is shown that of observation series of the mean annual and monthly streamflow are homogeneous and stationary. Modern statistical parameters of the mean annual streamflow and its intra-annual distribution, and evaporation from the water surface in the Siverskyi Donets River Basin are determined. It is shown that for most observation series the best correspondence between empirical points and analytical distribution curves is achieved by the method of maximum likelihoodfor the triparametric gamma distribution curve. The spatio-temporal distribution of the mean annual streamflow (norms) and its coefficient of variation in the Siverskyi Donets River Basin is presented in the form of digital surface maps, which were created in MapInfo GIS using the TIN-interpolation method.
