The mechanisms of current change in the graphene layer under the effect of neutron irradiation are analyzed. Investigations of electrophysical parameters of single-layer graphene samples and selection of single-layer graphene samples for experimental study of the effect of neutron irradiation on graphene parameters were performed. The results of the effect of neutron irradiation on the crystal structure of graphene are obtained using Raman spectroscopy. The results of development and production of an experimental sample of equipment for in-situ study of graphene in the process of neutron irradiation are presented.
