Subject of the research: Trends and features of climate change, their potential impact on natural ecosystems, health of the population of the region. Objective of the research: To identify and assess potential threats to the environment and health of the population of the North-Western Black Sea Coast, which are caused by climate change and anthropogenic pressure. Main scientific results: The report presents the results of analysis of statistical data of meteorological monitoring of climatic indicators of the Black Sea region for the period from the end of the XIX century, scientific data published in open scientific sources and remote sensing data. The established tendencies and features of climate change of the territory of the region for the last 100 years are described and scenarios of its evolution till 2050 are developed. The dynamics and factors influencing the level of the Black Sea are described, as well as the results of the analysis of the possible consequences of such changes for the coastal ecosystems of the region are presented. With the help of satellite observations, changes in the Integrated Ecosystem Productivity Index (NDVI) of the southern regions of the Kherson region and the northern regions of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea have been established. The results of the analysis of demographic indicators are presented.
