The purpose of the study: modeling an inclusive educational environment. Research methods. Theoretical: analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical, methodological literature, study and generalization of pedagogical experience, comparative analysis. Empirical: methods of pedagogical and psychological diagnostics (psychological and pedagogical observation, questionnaires, surveys of parents, teachers, experts), analysis of educational and methodological documentation. The results of the study and their novelty: the main directions for the implementation of inclusive education are identified: regulatory, legal, personnel, scientific and methodological support, modeling of educational space in the educational institution, creating a barrier-free environment, etc .; the conceptual basis of modeling an inclusive educational environment is substantiated, in particular, it is found that the educational aspect of inclusion has two vectors. The first is to increase the level of education of all members of society as a result of full access of every citizen of Ukraine to educational services. The second vector of the educational aspect of inclusion is to help overcome the social isolation of people with special educational needs. The algorithm of activity of pedagogical workers on definition and introduction of model of organizational and methodical support of the child with special educational needs in the conditions of an educational institution with inclusive training is specified and substantiated.
