Mechnikov National University popup.description2 In contrast with the background of traditional approaches to the study of political reality, based on principles of economic or technological determinism, structurally-functional analysis and institutionalism, it was made a new methodological paradigm based on the principles of semantic introversion, sociocultural reflection, anthropointensity and paradoxicality. All of this was reflected in the study of the "semantic revolutions" role in the world history transformations; in revealing the role of the public discursive process as a factor of political systems and political reality transformations in general. The new methodological approach manifested itself in revealing the phenomenon of paradoxicality as an indicator of changes in the political reality of the XXI century, in analysis of linguistic, semantic "drivers" of exacerbation (or removal) of modern society conflicts. The novelty is the thesis of priority role of cultural and aesthetic factors in the political harmonization of modern society.
