A theoretical model was constructed, which for the first time explained the experimentally established "hyperconductivity" (electrical conductivity at the macroscopic distance at room temperature) in complex heterosystems such as "donor - polymer - acceptor" used in bioelectronic devices (e.g., photovoltaic elements, light, light fuel cell ”technologies, etc., based on organometallic systems or structures that are complexes of electrically conductive materials or substrates and polypeptides. The mobile nonlinear localized excitations in discrete media and the dynamics of solitons in spatially inhomogeneous Josephson junctions and the interaction of solitons with dipole impurities of finite size in long Josephson junctions are studied. The peculiarities of electronic states in heterostructures in the presence of an external field are established and a new spin invariant of the Dirac equation is found. A generalized spin invariant is constructed and it is shown that it can lead to an operator of spin-orbit interaction, different from the previously known interactions of Rashba and Dresselhaus. Single-layer graphene with a gap in the combination of homogeneous magnetic and deformation-induced pseudomagnetic fields has been studied. It is shown that the density of states has a complex behavior that can be regulated by changing the field strength. The spectrum of graphene with impurities and the density of states were calculated using Lifshitz and Anderson models depending on the symmetry of the impurity location, its concentration and sublattice number. Conditions of emergence of resonant levels, quasi-cracks, impurity subzones are found for the purpose of clarification of possibility of realization in system of transition metal-dielectric.
