The research analyzed the state of the region's forests in the context of global climate change, studied the typological and breed structure of the enterprise, the importance of forest seed production in the structure of forestry, and conducted experimental studies of the functional state of permanent forest seed base. According to the results of studies of the functional state of forest seed and archival-mother plantations, plus plantations and plus trees, permanent forest seed plots, forest genetic reserves, the assessment of genetic and selection potential of major forest species and practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of seed production in the enterprise.
