In psychological well-being the actual success of behaviour and activity, satisfaction with interpersonal connections, communication is generalized. Satisfaction with life is associated with the satisfaction of needs. By meeting the needs, a person comes closer to his well-being. An important feature of life satisfaction in general is a reasonable organization of life. A person, who does not know how to organize his life so that it is interesting to himself and others, as a rule, usually refers to the circumstances - life's troubles, misunderstandings of loved ones, lack of necessary conditions for self-realization. However, whatever the external conditions are, the decisive word in the life organization belongs to the individual. The analysis of the attitudes of the inhabitants of Ukraine towards their own lives showed that the respondents who are satisfied with life are satisfied with their work, have internal and external social support, and are optimistic. The analysis of evaluation attitude settings towards the own life of the inhabitants of Ukraine showed that the respondents who are satisfied with life and work, have internal and external social support, they are optimistic. Respondents who are dissatisfied with life and their work, they believe that their social support is minimal, they are also pessimistic, tense, have negative emotions and constantly monitor their behaviour and their emotional manifestations, which, increases internal tension and affects the emotional sphere and behaviour.
