Purpose: to create a scientific basis for the technology of forming sheet metal materials with a given structure based on heat-resistant alloys in the process of condensation in a vacuum from the vapor phase and to develop a method of their connection to obtain light heat-protective honeycomb panels. Research methods - research was conducted using scanning electron microscopy with local analysis of the chemical composition, X-ray structural analysis, microindentation, differential scanning calorimetry, thermal analysis, measurement of dissipative properties by the method of damped oscillations, weight measurement of heat resistance. The conducted researches allowed us to establish the correlation of chemical composition, phase composition, the structure of thin foils of multicomponent alloys with their mechanical properties and heat resistance. Based on the research, a scheme for the production of light heat-protective honeycomb panels based on thin foils of heat-resistant alloys with a gradient structure was developed. The manufactured models of light heat-protective cellular panels can withstand repeated thermal cycling from 25 ° C to 1000 ° C in the air without destruction.
