 Studies of the phenomena of quantum electrodynamics (QED) in the collision of heavy ions occurring in external electromagnetic fields (ionization, birth and annihilation of electron-positron pairs, etc.); study of the influence of external electric and magnetic fields on the field emission of electrons in the problem of high-voltage breakdown; study of the interaction of a particle with an electron magnetized gas by the method of quantum field theory; study of the influence of the value of the sign of the charge of a heavy charged particle on its energy losses in the electron gas; computer modeling of charged particle beam dynamics; modeling of micro-structural evolution of reactor materials taking into account the collision of heavy ions, neutrons, electrons was carried out.
