Research methods - spectral and polygonal ellipsometry, photoluminescence spectroscopy, photocurrent, photoelectric energy, nonstationary deep level spectroscopy, thermally stimulated conductivity, atomic force microscopy, electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry, Raman scattering of light, kinetic and temperature measurements of photoelectric and temperature measurements structure and optical constants of thin films.
