Purpose: development of modern selective and preparative synthetic approaches to the production of new molecules of carbo- and heterocyclic nature, as well as their further controlled functionalization for medical chemistry and sustainable development. Research methods: study by spectral and computer methods of influence of various factors that determine the selectivity of the studied reactions of carbo-, heterocyclization and functionalization (catalyst, solvent, temperature, electronic nature of substituents, steric factors, etc.), study of fluorescence spectra. The reactions of carbo- and heterocyclization, in particular cycloaddition, have been studied, the influence of steric factors, electronic nature of substituents, catalysts and temperature on the course of reactions and the structure of the formed products has been established. A number of modern selective and preparative synthetic approaches to the production of new molecules of carbo- and heterocyclic nature for the needs of medical chemistry and sustainable development have been developed. Preparative methods of selective functionalization of the obtained molecules have been developed, taking into account the principle of saving atoms, in particular, for the introduction of additional pharmacophore groups and fragments, which contributes to the increase of biological activity. Molecular tweezers - ATP receptors based on 3-hydroxyflavones with long and short linkers, which act as various diamines.  Product Description popup.authors Egorova Tetyana V. Ivon Yevhen М.
