The phenomenon of therapeutic resistance of mental illness comorbid with others The work is based on data obtained from the examination of clinical contingents: 312 patients with endogenous psychosis aged 21 to 59 years (mean age of patients was 43.8 ± 10.7 years), including 102 people diagnosed with "schizoaffective disorder", 102 patients with affective disorders and 108 people diagnosed with schizophrenia. 439 servicemen of Ukraine who took part in the anti-terrorist operation were examined. The mean age in the group was 34.6 ± 1.32 years. Also, 163 healthy students of medical higher educational institutions were examined, who were offered to fill in a number of psychodiagnostic tests aimed at detecting Internet addiction. As a result of the study, data on the comorbidity of mental pathology of neurotic and psychotic were obtained. The methodical basis of research of comorbidity of mental and other pathology which allowed to allocate and differentiate features of a course and clinical displays of various pathosonological forms, on increase of accuracy of diagnosis and optimization of therapeutic process is developed and tested. It is established that the comorbidity of mental and other pathology is one of the factors that complicates the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of mental pathology, causes the phenomenon ofpolypragmasia and formation of therapeutic resistance and generally worsens the prognosis of a particular clinical case. In accordance with the established clinical features on the basis of personalized medicine created and tested in practice programs of complex therapy and rehabilitation of patients with comorbid mental pathology, which combine psychopharmacological, psychoeducational, psychosocial and psychotherapeutic measures.
