The purpose of scientific work is a methodology and methods of research of language levels in the Ukrainian language system. Research methods - descriptive, comparative-historical, comparative, functional, contextual, culturological, linguistic-geographical, which were implemented at the synchronic and diachronic levels. The history and current state of psycho- and sociophonetics are determined, dialectal forms of the south-eastern dialect are studied, differences in the study of syntax at school and university are systematized, stylistic features of the language of Ukrainian writers' works are analyzed, language means of commentary on social networks are characterized.It is proved that multilevel elements of the Ukrainian language are systemic connections that are implemented in the structure of the language, namely syntagmatic and paradigmatic connections and are related to historical realities, historical changes, stylistic and genre features, etc. It is established that the research of different levels of elements of the Ukrainian language is much broader and covers the areas of modern linguistics, namely: psycho- and sociolinguistics, ethnolinguistics, communicative linguistics and linguoconceptology, etc. Results of implementation: 7 articles were published in scientometric databases, 1 publication in conference proceedings included in scientometric databases, 40 articles in scientific journals included in the list of scientific professional publications of Ukraine, 24 publications in conference proceedings, abstracts and publications not included in the list of scientific professional publications of Ukraine, 8 chapters in collective monographs, 4 collections of scientific articles "Notes on Ukrainian Linguistics", 5 textbooks, 297 scientific articles.
