The subject of the research is to establish a causal link in case of violation of safety requirements during the operation of mine transport. The purpose of the work is to develop methodological recommendations for establishing a cause-and-effect relationship in case of violation of safety requirements for mine transport in underground conditions. Research methods - general scientific methods (analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, comparison, etc.), methods of system and structural analysis; methods of empirical research (observation and study of specific phenomena, generalization and description of research results). Research work was performed in accordance with the Thematic plan of research work of research institutions of forensic examinations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for 2020-2021 (research code: IV.5.1-2020 / 2). The research work defines legislative and regulatory acts that establish safety requirements for mine transport in underground conditions, and proposes an algorithm for establishing a cause-and-effect relationship during a forensic examination to study the causes and consequences of emergencies in mine transport in underground conditions.
