The purchased equipment was used to prove the role of neutrophilic extracellular traps (NETs) in the induction of liver tissue damage in nonalcoholic steatohepatosis (NASH), induced by diets accompanied by an increase in endogenous nanoparticles (high cholesterol, high fructose). The role of both endogenous (blood degradation products) and exogenous nanoparticles in the activation of NETs in the lungs and the induction of pathological processes is shown. An experimental batch of an optimized ELISA test system for the detection of IgG antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in human saliva samples was created and a collection of 220 paired saliva-serum samples was tested. The test revealed previously unknown patterns of formation of antibodies to coronavirus in saliva samples, in particular their atypically low levels in the first month after recovery in acute disease. The predictive value of the system was evaluated as AUROC = 0.9135 ± 0.02967, p <0.0001. Project results were published in book chapter: Bila G, Rabets A, Bilyy R.
