The aim is to improve the assessment of the effectiveness of treatment of patients with common and metastatic forms of cancer of the rectum, cervix and uterus, ovaries, bladder by introducing optimal timing of dynamic radiological monitoring of the disease. Research methods: computed tomography, ultrasound, combined positron emission and computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging. Ultrasound examination was performed in the modes of gray scale, color and energy mapping and study of the vascular flow spectrum of the main splanchnic and formed tumor vessels with the assessment of velocity characteristics. The study was performed at the stage of establishing and clarifying the spread of the malignant process during the treatment period to assess effectiveness (monitoring). Multislice computed tomography was performed on a Toshiba Activion 16 device to determine the stage of the malignant process, metastatic lesions and evaluate the results of treatment. Techniques of bolus image enhancement with scanning in arterial, portal and venous phases are used. Magnetic resonance imaging performed on PHILIPS Intera 1.5 T - native images and with dynamic iv bolus contrast enhancement, according to standard and modified scanning protocols to assess the spread of the tumor process, determine the presence of metastasis to lymph nodes or liver, monitoring treatment. Positron emission tomography will be performed on PHILIPS gemini and Siemens biograph - whole body with native and contrast enhancement according to scanning protocols using FDG18 radiopharmaceutical according to scanning protocols to assess metastatic spread of the tumor process.
