Scientific novelty of the results - training of specialists of coal mines of Ukraine on the basics of new technology of reinforced and powerful support and anchor fastening of mine workings, which showed excellent results in the stability of workings, safety and economic efficiency. As a result of the application of the developed recommendations, the safety of mining operations is guaranteed, which is of great socio-economic and environmental importance.
