Project goal:Investigate the interactions of phosphorenes obtained by a new mechanochemical method, developed by our Czech partners, with model phospholipid membranes. Investigate the possible effects of enhancement of the optical signals of biomolecules, that were deposited on phosphorenes. Establish optimal nanoparticle parameters to obtain the maximum enhancement factor for vibrational spectroscopy and other applications. Research methods and equipment:The main method of research is infrared and Raman spectroscopy. Synthesis of phosphorene by electrochemical exfoliation without the use of water as a solvent. Creation of model lipid systems (liposomes) according to a protocol that includes freezing in liquid nitrogen, thawing and ultrasonic treatment. Equipment - IR spectrometer with Fourier transform INVENIO-R (Bruker). Theoretical and practical results:A new material was synthesized and characterized - 2D-phosphorenes in the form of nanoparticles and films. It is shown that by the method of electrochemical exfoliation it is possible to obtain phosphorene in an organic solvent, protecting it from interaction with the environment. It is shown that the obtained phosphores have from 3 to 4 layers. The interaction of phosphorene with model membranes was studied by FTIR spectroscopy. As a result, you can get amplification of optical signals from 2 to 4 times, depending on the concentration of phosphorene. Novelty: The project proposes an improved method for the synthesis of phosphorenes without the use of water as a solvent. Based on the properties of the studied nanoparticles, it was first proposed to consider phosphorenes as a new promising platform for amplifying the optical signals of biological molecules in vibrational spectroscopy. Scope of use: The obtained results can be used in the institutions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, in research.
