The results of scientific research for 2021 conducted within the territory of the Lower Dniester National Nature Park are summarized. Indicators of meteorological values, level regime of the Dniester river, volumes of discharges from the Dniester reservoir are received and analyzed. The data of spatio-temporal regularities of organic carbon distribution in bottom sediments, its composition and origin in White Lake, transparency, temperature, electrical conductivity of water, hydrogen index and dissolved oxygen content in the surface and bottom layers of water on the Dniester and Turunchuk rivers are generalized. Lists of flora and fauna have been updated. Particular attention will be paid to the rare component of flora and fauna, including species listed in Ukraine's international lists. Map-schemes of places of their registration on the territory of the Park have been updated. The data of recent research on the state of aquatic bioresources and fisheries in the Lower Dniester and the Dniester estuary are summarized. The standard set of phenological observations for the objects of the nature reserve fund of Ukraine has been performed. Scientific funds have been replenished - herbarium, photo library, library. Proposals on the regime of ecological (reproductive) release from the Dniester Reservoir in 2022 are given. Scientific substantiations of limits on special use of natural resources for 2021 - 2022 are developed. Information on the organization of recreational infrastructure, creation of a network of ecological-educational and scientific-cognitive routes, recreational areas for recreation of visitors in the Park is presented.
