It was established that the content of microscopic fungi in the air of the surveyed premises, which at: Kyiv, str. Lutheran 27/29, apt. 4 is 10.5 times higher than the allowable norm in the office (sample 1), 8.7 times - a room near the office (sample 2) and 6.9 times – kitchen, where there is a major overhaul (sample 3). It was shown that the frequency of air occurrence was dominated by microscopic fungi Сladosporium cladosporioides (99%), typical species of genus Penicillium, Aspergillus, Rhizopus (66%) were typical. Other species occurred alone (33%). It was established that the similarity of mycobiotic air and surfaces of the inspected room is 25.3 %, which indicates that the inner surfaces of the surveyed premises are a source of fungi entering the air.
