The main group consisted of 120 pregnant women with congenital malformations of the fetus. The purpose of the study was to assess the state of the feto-placental complex in congenital malformations of the fetus and the hemostasis system to determine further tactics for the management and delivery of these pregnant women and the prevention of antenatal fetal death. In pregnant women with congenital malformations of the fetus, reliable disturbances of blood flow in the umbilical artery were detected (increase in resistance index and systolic-diastolic ratio and decrease in pulse in the middle cerebral artery, which indicated the centralization of blood flow and was of a compensatory nature. The functional activity of the hemostasis system in pregnant women with congenital malformations of the fetus indicated significant changes in hemostasis when the congenital malformations of the fetus were combined with placental dysfunction.
