The subject of research - the concept of interaction between society and nature on the basis of anthropological approach. The aim of the work is to theoretically substantiate the problems of formation of natural resource law, update the scientific substantiation of the concept of interaction between society and nature on the basis of anthropological approach. Research methods - the methodological basis of the study is a set of methods and techniques of scientific knowledge, which allowed for a comprehensive and objective analysis of its subject. In the course of the research philosophical and worldview, general scientific and special scientific methods are used. The method of analysis was used in the study of scientific achievements of legal scholars on the topic of research, as well as in identifying conflicts and gaps in regulations governing relations in the field of nature management. The method of synthesis helped to identify the main directions of legal regulation of environmental law, to clarify their content and essence. The application of the system-structural method allowed to study the mechanism of state and legal regulation of the ecological sphere and to reveal its structure and content. The formal-legal method helped to clarify the content of the legal norms of the relevant legislation and to develop proposals for its improvement.
