Information × Registration Number 0222U004793, 0121U109208 , R & D reports Title Scientific - methodical management of operation of Electronic Catalogue - Classifier of technical means of rehabilitation and forming a new section “ Orthopedic footwear “in it popup.stage_title Head Shetinin Victor V, Registration Date 31-10-2022 Organization Ukrainian Research Institute of Prosthetics, Prosthetic Construction and Rehabilitation popup.description2  - The section “Orthopedic footwear” in the Electronic Catalogue - Classifier of technical means of rehabilitation was formed and filled according to the List of diagnoses and designations of technical and other means of rehabilitation approved by the order of Ministry of Social Policy and Ministry of Health from 20.12.2020 № 774/2691; - The Electronic Catalogue - Classifier of technical means of rehabilitation of serial production and the Catalogue of components for manufacturing of custom-designed technical means of rehabilitation for persons with disability, children with disability and other persons was actualized; - Methodical recommendations on prescription of orthopedic footwear according to the diagnosis and functional limitations for specialists of prosthetic and orthopedic enterprises were developed; - The drafts of updated forms of documents for recording and provision of persons with disability which take into account the changes in active normative - legal acts in this sphere and the recommendations introduced in standards on prosthetics and orthotics of the World Health Organization, the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO), international standards ISO concerning definition of mobility, description and classification of defects and functional abilities of persons with disability were developed; - The algorithm of selection of wheelchairs according to the update of the Order of Ministry of Social Policy № 602 (the Order of Ministry of Social Policy № 134) was actualized, and also the database of the program was updated, taking into account the occurrence of new subgroups and redistribution of wheelchairs between subgroups after updating obligatory requirements to them.
