The model makes it possible to predict the thermal state of crucibles of different diameters, which are planned to be grown and supplied to consumers in the future. A description of the regularities of the influence of the parameters of the growing process on the droplet transfer of metal, regulation of the power of the high-frequency inductor and the current of the plasmatron, which allows to control the stability of the process of growing crucibles, is carried out. Test samples of monocrystalline tungsten crucibles Ø85 mm with different wall thicknesses were made. Act of manufacture. The technology was developed and a technological instruction was developed for the 3-D process of plasma-induction growth of single-crystal tungsten crucibles with a diameter of 85 mm with different wall thicknesses.
