The evaluation of usage of upgraded minimally invasive osteosynthesis has showed reliable positive dynamics (81,8 percents, p < 0,05) of average data of anatomical and physiological results in MEPS grade (92,6 +- 3,7 points). On received data about causes of complications which provided adverse functional result, the optimal approach of prevention of dysfunction of elbow joint was developed. As the foundation of invention the upgraded technology of minimally invasive osteosynthesis was taken with the aim to improve prosponed results with the different-aged groups of patients. The received positive anatomical and physiological results have stated the limits of usage of minimally invasive osteosynthesis which gives the foundation to recommend given technology in mass use in clinical practice as the method of choice in treatment of distal third humerus fractures.
