Separately, modern ideas about the influence of the studied genetic polymorphisms on the course of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and the development of cerebral vasospasm are highlighted. Cerebral vasospasm is an independent predictor of fatal outcome among patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhages regardless of treatment tactics.
