Based on the obtained data, a method of intraoperative barrier prevention was proposed and its safety and effectiveness were demonstrated both for primary adhesion prevention and after adhesiolysis, by analyzing immediate and long-term results. The greatest effectiveness was demonstrated by topical use of a concentrated gel (10 mg / ml) or filling the entire abdominal cavity with a less concentrated gel (5 mg / ml).
