Application of vecuronium bromide (0.1-1 mM) caused a decrease in the current amplitude through the channel. Under the influence of gallamine (0.1-0.5 mM) a channel «flickering» effect was observed. Among the modulators of M-cholinoreceptors the effects of pilocarpine, acetylcholine, carbacholin and atropine were tested. After application of atropine, in concentration 1 mM, the amplitude of the current through the studied channels decreased by 20% relative to control values. Pilocarpine at concentration of 0.2 mM and above caused the "flickering" effect and reduced the average current amplitude through the LCC-channels in a dose-dependent manner. Also under the influence of the substance the average duration of the channel being in the open state increased. In the following series of experiments, the effect of adrenomodulators on the LCC-channels of the nuclear membrane was investigated. Application of a non-selective adrenoblocker - propranolol at concentrations of 1-2 mM reduced the probability of channels in the open state (Po) by 30%, but did not affect the average amplitude of current through LCC-channels. Epinephrine, ɑ - and β-adrenoceptor agonist, dose-dependently reduced current amplitude through the LCC- channels and at a concentration of 2 mM this decrease was 25%. Isoprenaline (1 mM), a non-selective positive modulator of β- adrenoceptors, caused "flickering effect" and reduced the average current amplitude through the studied channels by 40%.
