Four groups of patients were distinguished by age. 66 patients under the age of 45 years were included in the I group, 52 patients in the II group from 46 to 59 years old, 23 patients aged 60 to 75 years old in the III group, 8 patients over 75 years old in the IV group. Analyzes and questionnaires were conducted immediately upon hospitalization. Also, upon hospitalization, based on a thorough survey, all patients were divided into 2 groups depending on the presence of risk factors for infection in the past. For the survey, we created a questionnaire in which the patient's general data were entered, taking into account the profession, the patient's use of intravenous drugs, blood transfusions, dental, surgical and other procedures. Expected results: Improved treatment outcomes (reduction of mortality, postoperative complications and reduction of bed-day) in patients with acute diseases and injuries of the abdominal cavity. Which in the future will allow to develop clear algorithms of actions of the doctor, and to improve tactics of treatment of patients, and to develop methods of prevention or recurrence of diseases.
