The purpose of the work is to provide scientific and technical assistance in the coordination of technical documentation and technical solutions for the safe development of coal seams of the SE "Central Mine" SS "Toretskvugillya". Research methods are analytical and theoretical. When developing the conclusions, the materials provided by the customer were considered: 1) a set of measures for the development of coal seams prone to the manifestation of gas dinamic phenomenon (GDP) with proposed changes for the current year; 2) passports for working out the extraction sites for 2021; 3) passports for the production of strata prone to hydrothermal vents for the year 2021; 4) the results of measuring the initial rate of gas release from coal to establish a safe zone; 5) acts of reconnaissance observations on the formation for the prediction of sudden collapses of coal according to strength. The application of the provided "Agreements ..." and "Recommendations ..." in industrial conditions will ensure the conduct of mining operations, as well as ensure accident-free operation of the mine, which will have a positive economic, ecological and social effect.
