The purpose of the work is to develop the basic design of the derotation-detorsion corrective corset, as an active-corrective technical device, which will allow correcting the rotational element of the spinal deformity in children with scoliotic disease and will lead to improved treatment results. Research methods - computer modeling of the patient's torso using data from three-dimensional optical scanning or computer tomography; mechanical testing of the dynamic elements of the corset for tearing, compression and impact strength, calculation of the strength properties of the dynamic elements and computer modeling of their operation. The basic design of the derotation-detorsion corrective corset was developed and its technical description necessary for the further production of the prototype was completed. A three-dimensional model of the body of the patient-partner was created, taking into account the characteristics of spinal deformation and constitutional and age-related features. Mechanical tests of test samples of the material of the dynamic elements of the derotation-detorsion corrective corset were conducted, data were obtained, test protocols were drawn up. A computer program has been developed for calculating the mechanical properties and chemical composition (carbon fiber, Kevlar fiber, mix) of the dynamic elements of the corset, which allows you to change them by adjusting the possibilities. The samples of the dynamic elements of the derotation-detorsion corrective corset have been refined to achieve the required mechanical properties. A methodology for modeling dynamic elements of a corset has been developed, which allows designing corsets taking into account the individual characteristics of spine deformation.
