The purpose of the work is to analyze the impact of neotectonically active faults on the formation of relief, relief -forming deposits, spatial localization and the preservation of placers. The results of the work - a rational set of methods of step-by-step morphostructural-neotectonic analysis, geoinformation mapping and modeling for the study of neotectonically active raud and ore-controlled faults, which developed in conditions differentiated in space and time of neoheodynamic regimens, is substantiated. The analysis of the latest geodynamics of scattering transregional and sub -regional linear morphostructures was carried out, on the early, medium -nosed and late -back subtitabs of the neotectopic stage. Their impact on the processes of formation and transformation of placers is investigated. Cards of morphostructural and neotectonic conditions for the formation of placers for the early medium-depth and late-back sub-stage of the neotectonic stage with the reflection of the most active linear morphostructures, which depending on the geodynamic conditions of development were potentially favorable for the formation or destruction of placers. The research obtained as a result of the research results can be used by regional enterprises of the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine to improve methodological support for conducting search and prognostic research in areas of location of placers of different types.
