As a result of testing, the optimal concentration of Levamisole in the enrichment solution for artemia nauplii was determined, which is 14.6 mg x g-1 of live nauplii. The experimental concentration of Chitosan was 7.2 mg x g-1 of live nauplii. The use of Levamisole and Chitosan makes it possible to improve the fishery indicators of growing young sturgeon fish. It was shown that after 28 days of experimental feeding and subsequent use of immunostimulants, the average weight of experimental fish in groups 1 and 2 was higher than the control group by 36.63% and 23.15%, respectively, and was 1.26±0.18 and 1.13± 0.08 g. The use of Levamisole made it possible to increase the cumulative survival of young people by 3%, and Chitosan - by 11% compared to the control group. The short-term positive effect of immunostimulants on the activity of digestive enzymes of sturgeons in the juvenile period is shown. The activity of α-amylase in the body of young sturgeons for 21 days under the action of both Levamisole and Chitosan is higher than the control by 88.2 and 91.4%, respectively. Analysis of the effect of immunostimulants on the activity of transferase enzymes (AlAT, LF, GGTP) of the tissues of internal organs confirmed the strengthening of the nonspecific resistance of the organism in the short period of their action due to the activation of the transport processes of dephosphorylation and transamination.
