For the first time, the main factors of a negative impact on reparative osteogenesis were determined, the main risk groups for the occurrence of disruptions in the consolidation of fragments were identified, the pathogenetic syndromes of disorders of reparative osteogenesis were established: primary and secondary hemodynamic disorders (in 76.4% of patients), biomechanical inconsistency (75.5%), disorders structural and functional state of bone tissue (69.8%) and state of homeostasis (59.3% of victims). A modular principle of treatment of patients has been developed, taking into account the existing syndromic complexes that cause violations of reparative osteogenesis. The experiment proved for the first time the dose-dependent effect of calcium and vitamin D3 on mineral metabolism and indicators of the structural and functional state of bone tissue http://science.org.ge/bnas/t15-n2/18. The use of the developed diagnostic and treatment method made it possible to increase the number of good results by 21.8%, reduce the number of unsatisfactory results by 14.3%, and reduce the duration of treatment by 28.4% doi.org/10.1007/s00068-020-01343-y. A new RCT technology (0621U000157) was put into practice - "Algorithm for the use of intramedullary blocking osteosynthesis and bone plastic after fractures of the bones of the limbs", the use of which allows improving treatment results by 15.0% https://rkt.ukrintei.ua/. Formulated principles of prevention of reparative osteogenesis disorders after bone fractures. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2022-12-19 Close
