The object of research in the term is the processes of interaction of the microwave (MW) field with unusual superconductors in the superconducting state. The purpose of the work is to conduct a comparative analysis of the characteristics of the response of a resonator with films of type II superconductors and to study the influence of a number of factors, namely, the composition of superconductors, frequency, thickness of superconductor films on the characteristics of the response of a resonator with a FeSeTe film. Research methods – experimental measurement of the MW response of the resonators depending on the temperature from low to critical one with the subsequent determination of the surface resistance of the films as a characteristic of the absorption of MW energy, numerical modeling and processing of the measurement results using a software product created at O. Ya. Usykov Institute for Radiophysics and Electronics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (IRE NASU). The characteristics of the cooling rate in a vacuum chamber with and without a heat shield were obtained experimentally. Numerical modeling of a quasi-optical dielectric resonator with a radial gap (QDR) with samples of superconductors was carried out. It has been confirmed that the detected feature of the response of the FeSexTe1-x superconducting film is absent in the films of other II-type superconductors. An analysis of the physical effects that may underlie the characteristics of the MW response of the resonator with the FeSexTe1-x film was carried out.
