The subject of research is changes in the metabolism of mineralized tissues when using osteoplastic materials with structurally integrated nanoparticles of silver and copper. The work aims to determine the peculiarities of the metabolism of mineralized tissues when using osteoplastic materials with copper and silver nanoparticles. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were defined: - Synthesis of metal nanoparticles (Cu, Ag), including using "green synthesis" technology and studying their physical and chemical characteristics (size, shape, solubility, aggregation); - Structuring of osteoplastic materials based on calcium phosphates with new nanoparticles; Research methods - analysis of foreign and domestic sources regarding the composition of nanoparticles and properties of effector ions, histological and histochemical examination (hematoxylin and eosin staining), scanning electron microscopy with microanalysis, X-ray diffraction of mineralized tissues in normal and pathological conditions.
