The purpose of the research work: improvement of the process of forming an order for the training of military specialists in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The work uses a systematic analysis of the domestic experience and the experience of NATO member countries regarding the formation of an order for the training of military specialists in the armed forces, the results of which made it possible to develop a conceptual model of the process of ordering the training of military specialists in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to improve the methodology for determining the needs for the formation of the order. The report provides: analysis of domestic and foreign information sources on the issues of forming an order for the training of military specialists in the armed forces; substantiating approaches to calculating the current and future needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in military specialists; proposals for making changes to the governing documents regarding the formation of an order for the training of military specialists in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, taking into account the experience of NATO member countries; the procedure for forming an order for the training of military specialists in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the methodology for calculating the needs for the training of military specialists.
