The purpose of the research is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and a complex interdisciplinary methodological toolkit for modeling the trajectory of the transformation of the stock market using fractal analysis methods and the creation of a new segment of socially responsible investment in its architecture, the development of its toolkit (products, technologies, infrastructure), normative, informational and regulatory provision aimed at overcoming the investment gap in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. In addition to standard methods of scientific research, the work uses methods of consolidated, bibliometric, and SWOT analysis, Laplace, Wald, Hurwitz, and Savage criteria, Bord and Condorcet rules, averaged analysis, parametric tests (Student's t-test and ANOVA analysis), non-parametric tests (tests Mann-Whitney), modified cumulative abnormal return approach, regression analysis with dummy variables, trading modeling approach. During the implementation of the second stage of project implementation, the conceptual foundations of impact investments for the post-conflict recovery of Ukraine's economy were tested, and ranking and prioritization of projects were carried out to direct responsible investment in climate protection, energy-efficient projects, circular economy projects, the effectiveness and resistance to price anomalies of traditional financial indices were evaluated, and indices on sustainable development as benchmarks of responsible investment, a scheme of functioning of the sovereign welfare fund as a subject of the socially responsible investment segment on the stock market of Ukraine was developed Product Description popup.authors Yelnikova Yuliia V.
