Detection of ALT and AST is performed by determining the concentration of glutamate using the developed biosensor system. In the work, the optimal method of enzyme immobilization was chosen, the optimal conditions for the immobilization of these enzymes were selected (duration of immobilization, concentration of enzyme and crosslinking agent, etc.). A new procedure for measuring ALT and AST activity using the developed biosensor system was proposed. Also, during the study, optimal concentrations of substrates (α-ketoglutarate, alanine, aspartate) and coenzymes were selected. With the aim of further application of the biosensor system for the analysis of real samples, the study carried out a study of the influence of the parameters of the analyzed solution on the functioning of this system, such as pH, ionic strength, buffer capacity, protein concentration, temperature.
