Biocompatible sterile collagen-based gels for biomedical purposes were obtained. Moreover, an expediency of using polymer compositions based on carboxymethylated starch with sodium alginate, polyvinyl alcohol and gelatin was proved. These biopolymeric compositions were succesfully used for obtaining film-coated preparations of combined action based on biocompatible polymers with prolonged release of active pharmaceutical ingredients. The technology of green synthesis of silver nanoparticles using Saccharomyces cerevisiae 71B yeast to obtain drugs with anti-infective protection properties has been developed. Antibacterial activity of nanoparticles was studied against reference bacterial strains Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 and Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, and clinical isolates Staphylococcus aureus 1536 and Klebsiella pneumoniae 520. Bacterial biofilm formation and the role of matrix components were studied in order to find anti-corrosion-antifouling agents. Biofilm formation parameters of model strains were studied and the presence of eDNA as an adhesion factor was determined. This increases the strength of biofilms and contributes to the strengthening of medical and industrial structures fouling. The development of a biosensor system with the use of luminescent bacteria Photobacterium phosphoreum in the sensor element for biotesting of electromagnetic radiation in the radio frequency range was studied. The use of Deschampsia antarctica endophytes for obtaining biotechnological products for agriculture and the use of their biofilms in bioremediation technologies for toxic and hazardous substances neutralization was suggested. The technology of green biosynthesis of zinc and titanium nanometals has been developed for soil remediation and growth stimulation of agricultural crops with the help of Lactobacillus acidophilus during cultivation on different nutrient media.
