Chapter 1. Development of methods for selective determination of various neurotransmitters in biological samples, verification of biosensor data by biochemical methods, determination of estimated physiological parameters, technology of preparation of samples and model systems. popup.stage_title Head Borysova Tetiana O., Доктор біологічних наук Registration Date 01-01-2023 Organization Palladin Institute of Biochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  Using a glutamate-sensitive biosensor, a detailed analysis of the key characteristics of glutamatergic neurotransmission under conditions of hypothermia was carried out. The extracellular level of glutamate in nerve terminals under conditions of hypothermia was changed in an individual mode for each organism, which indicates the need for constant monitoring during its use in the therapy of neuro- and cardiopathologies. The biosensor was optimized and used when working with biological fluids. The distribution of endogenous glutamate between the extracellular space and the cytoplasm of nerve terminals under the conditions of treatment of nerve terminals with ultrasound was determined. The technology of sample preparation and the algorithm for measuring glutamate in rat blood plasma and in the preparation of platelets have been developed. By screening the neuromodulatory properties of neuroactive compounds using a glutamate-sensitive biosensor, a unique compound, a 4-thiozolidinone derivative, capable of multidirectionally modulating the processes of excitation and inhibition was determined, namely the accumulation of glutamate, which can be used in neuromonitoring in diagnosis, development forecasting and treatment of neurological diseases. Verification of biosensor data by biochemical methods was carried out. Product Description popup.authors Borisov Arseniy A Dudarenko Marina Volodymyrivna Krysanova Nataliya V Paliienko Konstantin O.
